Tomi Shaw (Ronni Hawk), a quiet bartender living far from home, receives a devastating phone call informing her that her parents have died in an alleged murder-suicide on their rural Louisiana farm. Grief-stricken and suspicious, Tomi returns to her hometown to settle their affairs, only to quickly realize that the official story is a cover-up. Confronted by armed enforcers demanding a secret her father took to his grave, Tomi discovers her parents were executed by a corrupt local cartel operation run by "Uncle" Ben (Bill Martin Williams), a powerful family friend who has seized total control of the town.
Refusing to back down, Tomi joins forces with Cody (Jeremy London), a loyal family friend, to untangle the deadly network of drug smuggling and local corruption. Realizing the justice system has failed her, the grieving daughter picks up a firearm, taps into her deadly instincts, and transforms into a ruthless vigilante. Embarking on a bloody, weapon-fueled mission of retribution, she systematically hunts down the mobsters and corrupt officials responsible for destroying her family, proving that no one escapes her version of justice.
