In this dark and twisted psychological thriller, Chrystie Devoe (Francie Swift) is rapidly deteriorating from severe cystic fibrosis. Unwilling to watch his beloved wife die, her mild-mannered husband, a schoolteacher named Martin (Luke Perry), decides to take matters into his own deadly hands.
Martin begins secretly hunting for candidates who share Chrystie’s rare blood type, eventually fixating on an attractive, unsuspecting woman named Gale Pullman (Gia Carides). Driven by grief and dangerous obsession, Martin crosses the ultimate moral line, meticulously plotting the perfect murder to harvest Gale’s lungs.
