Suspense and dark humor inflect the tale of a greedy corporate CEO and his toady, who plan a weekend of debauchery that turns deadly and outrageous. (Window of Opportunity (2012) is a darkly satirical corporate thriller blending suspense and pitch-black comedy. Corrupt CEO Roger Sizemore (Oliver Muirhead) and his sycophantic CFO Carl Everett (Jack Maxwell) invite young, ambitious executive Peter Miller to a secluded mountain retreat for a weekend of heavy drinking and debauchery — secretly plotting to frame him for corporate fraud. The weekend spirals out of control when hired call girls arrive and an accidental overdose leaves one of the women dead. Panicked, Roger tries to coerce Peter and Carl into helping him dispose of the body and cover up the tragedy. Complications escalate further when Byron (Ty Granderson Jones), the girls’ ruthless pimp, arrives demanding answers and extortion money. As loyalty collapses among the trio, a chaotic battle of deceit and greed unfolds, culminating in a tense, darkly satirical climax where the executives turn on one another to escape murder charges and expose the true depth of corporate amoralism.
