Bull Shark is a gripping, high-stakes independent action-horror movie that transforms a peaceful summer vacation destination into a bloody arena of terror. The story takes place in a close-knit Texas town whose economy completely relies on seasonal tourism. The peace is violently shattered when an unsuspecting local swimmer is brutally killed. The town is thrown into absolute panic when investigators make a gruesome discovery: actual shark teeth deeply lodged inside the victim’s spine. It is soon revealed that a reckless local fisherman illegally captured and dumped a ravenous, pregnant bull shark directly into the freshwater lake. As the body count rises, the town’s corrupt, greedy mayor tries to aggressively cover up the fatalities to protect his re-election campaign and save tourism revenue. With the local sheriff hesitant to cause a public panic, the life-or-death task falls entirely on Spencer Timms (Thom Hallum), a troubled local game warden battling a severe drinking problem, a messy divorce, and a strained relationship with his son. Aided by his resilient ex-wife Dottie (Lindsey Marie Wilson) and his gritty associate Nolan (Billy Blair), Spencer must overcome his personal demons and launch a dangerous hunt to eliminate the aquatic apex predator. Together, they must navigate treacherous waters and face off against both a ruthless monster and deceptive local officials before the entire lake becomes a feeding ground.
