Escaping A Collapsing Las Vegas In A Giant Cargo Plane | 2012 Movie Clip | Disaster Movie Clip – In 2012, Jackson Curtis (John Cusack) and his family land their damaged light aircraft in a rapidly disintegrating Las Vegas to find a larger plane capable of making the long journey to China. Joining forces with wealthy Russian billionaire Yuri Karpov (Zlatko Burić), the group locates and boards a massive Antonov cargo plane just as the airport tarmac begins to violently tear apart. With the runway actively collapsing into a fiery abyss beneath them, the giant aircraft executes a miraculous, heart-stopping takeoff, narrowly soaring through crumbling skyscrapers and exploding debris as the entire city sinks into the earth.
